As the products are custom made we dont have any refund policies.

1) Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped
2) Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

1) Product Not Received

2) If the product is lost in transit
3) If the wrong product is delivered
4) If the product is damaged during shipping

If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method
within 7-14 business days

Below is our return policy to guide you through the return and replacement process:
Eligibility for Return
1) Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
2) The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Return Process
3) If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3
business days.
4) Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.
Important Notes
5) Delivery timelines may be affected by delays from the transport company, adverse weather
conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6) We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
We aim to make the return and replacement process as seamless as possible.Cancellations can be done by mailing us at info@apexloadout.com within 12 hours of order.

Incase of faulted products FPS will resend another perfect product if still not satisfied with the newer product without grudge FPS will initiate a refund

Exchanged product will be delivered within 6 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.

Size exchanges can be done with minimal charges which are required to be paid which includes 2 time shipping fees and size exchange fees. Customized jerseys wont be getting returned/exchanged, but jerseys which were COD could be exchanged but there wont be other altercations instead of sizing change.
